Our Team

Matthieu Guiessaz

Co-Founder - Switzerland & Canada Hubs

Swiss lawyer, and entrepreneur in the blockchain space since 2016. While General Counsel of BVV, a Zug-based blockchain VC, he established the Swiss and European hubs of the BLF. He is now the General Counsel for SPACE Metaverse. Independently, he launched LynxDAO, a venture studio and crypto advisory boutique, along with Skyline Digital, a non-custodial neobank. He continues to serve in the Swiss military as Intelligence Officer and Captain.

Kam Dylan

BLF Leadership Team - UK & Overseas Hubs

English qualified lawyer with a track record of delivery in the financial services industry, both on the international stage and in the UK. From starting in the private equity space to steering large-scale banking and finance transactions, Kam has built an independent legal practice serving the digital assets industry.

Ross Barbash

Founder - USA  Hub

Filmmaker and founder turned corporate lawyer. While running Atrium’s blockchain department, given the regulatory complexity, he found himself frequently deliberating with practitioners across the ecosystem. This inspired him to start the BLF to provide a place for blockchain lawyers to efficiently collaborate across companies, firms, and jurisdictions. When not skiing, he serves as MobileCoin’s General Counsel.
